Cell Tower Triangulation
Cell tower triangulation estimates a mobile device's location by measuring its signal distance from three or more surrounding network towers. It calculates precision based on signal strength and time delay, overlapping these measurements to pinpoint coordinates. The system works universally on any phone without GPS, though its accuracy ranges from a few meters in dense cities to several miles in rural areas.
