Quick install:
sudo apt install ettercap-graphical
Installation steps
- Update your package list with sudo apt update
- Install the graphical build with sudo apt install ettercap-graphical
- For a text-only server install ettercap-text-only instead
- Run it with sudo because it needs raw network access
- Confirm your test interface appears when you start it
