Quick install:
pip install impacket
Installation steps
- Open your terminal on Kali Linux or Ubuntu
- Make sure Python 3 and pip are installed
- Run pip install impacket to fetch the scripts
- Confirm it worked by running impacket-smbserver -h
- The example scripts are now on your PATH with an impacket- prefix
